How might cities be redesigned with non-human personas to nurture biodiversity?

About

Biodiversity is intrinsically related to climate change—biodiversity loss fuels climate change and climate change reduces biodiversity.

In December 2023, I was invited to present and workshop at the AdaptNSW Forum 2023 to introduce non-human personas to government, industry, and climate and adaptation professionals.

Brainstorming

In seven teams, and drawing from strategies in The Non-human Persona Guide, we explored how various human city spaces, such as public pools, bus stops, foreshores, and libraries, could be redesigned to nurture biodiversity by accommodating the needs of city-dwelling animals.
